How do I start a conversation with the AI pastor?
Open the app and tap the "Talk" button on the home screen. You can share anything on your heart — prayers, questions, or struggles — and receive biblical guidance in return.
What is the difference between Seeker and Believer plans?
The Seeker plan is free and gives you access to daily guidance cards, scripture readings, and limited AI conversations. The Believer plan ($4.99/month) unlocks unlimited AI pastoral conversations, full content library, and priority support.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription directly through your iPhone or iPad: go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pray Together. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your conversations and personal information are kept private and are never sold to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is not working correctly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, please contact us at the email below and describe what happened — we'll respond within 24 hours.
Can I use Pray Together on multiple devices?
Yes, simply sign in with the same account on any iOS device. Your subscription and data will sync automatically.
